Maintenance Agreements *

We, at Gate Control, believe that a well maintained system is of paramount importance to keeping your gates or security system working at its best, serving you, your family or your business for years to come. With advice from our team we could help you make the best choice of maintenance program to suit your automatic gate or security system. Below are the various types of Care Programmes available:


Bronze Care

• Annual maintenance (1 visit per year)
• Standard call out rates attached to service
• Will respond within 24 working hours of reported fault
• Replacement equipment charged at retail price
• Out of hours call outs charged at after hours and weekend rates



Silver Care (minimum recommendation)

• Bi annual maintenance (2 visits per year)
• Standard call out rates attached to service
• Will respond within 12 working hours of reported fault
• Replacement equipment charged at retail price
• Out of hours call outs charged at after hours and weekend rates



Gold Care

• Bi annual maintenance (2 visits per year)
• First 4 call outs free of charge, thereafter standard call out rates attached to service
• Will respond within 8 working hours of reported fault
• Replacement equipment charged at trade price
• Out of hours call outs charged at standard call out rates



Platinum Care

• Bi annual maintenance (2 visits per year)
• Call outs free of charge during normal working hours, thereafter standard call out rates attached to service
• Will respond within 8 working hours of reported fault
• Replacement equipment free of charge
• Out of hours call outs charged at standard call out rates

Call outs

At Gate Control we understand how important security is to you and your family or your business. Therefore, provided you have taken advantage of one of our maintenance agreements, we will endeavour to visit you within the specified call out time. However, even if you do not have one of our maintenance agreements, we will still do our best to visit you as soon as we can. For more information on our call out rates please contact us.
